How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Mpolar Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Mpolar Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Mpolar Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@mpolar.buzz and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
